ExperienceI am a fresh-out-of-school doctor. I am also a tutor! I was a student for a very long time! I have a passion for knowledge. I have tutored in Math and English at a public school on Roosevelt Island and while it was a younger group of kids, I loved helping them understand things they had difficulty with at school. For the past few years I have tutored mainly high school and college students. It is amazing how their overall outlook on a subject or schooling in general changes once they are able to be independent and confident in their studies! I am a very organized person who works well at any pace, and have a passion for helping people. I am studious and patient, two factors which I believe are extremely important for a tutor to have, and am willing to explore different teaching methods and personalize techniques for each individual student.
