I tutored friends and other students in science and math while at Fairfield University, and also tutored the younger children I nannied while in school. Since graduation I have kept up with my chemistry/math/science knowledge in my studying for the MCAT, I will be attending medical school in Sept. 2017. I have worked in both academia and industry labs since graduating Fairfield University in May 2015.

Beyond my interest in science/math I am also devoted to creating a learning atmosphere specialized to each student. Growing up in a family with a bi-polar mother and brother with Asperger's has made me keenly aware of the need for different approaches to each individual, as well as my desire to earn my MD in psychiatry. I also love road cycling, cooking/baking, yoga, hiking and all outdoor adventures!
