14 years of experience teaching French and Spanish. I am currently a French Instructor for the New Haven Public School District for 7 years.. I want to be a tutor because I love sharing my knowledge to those in needs. I have traveled to various Francophone countries in research of World Languages teaching methods. My goals as an educator are to introduce students to the core concepts within the discipline and to help them how to use these ideas in the world in which they live. I further seek to provide students with the tools to critically evaluate problems. My role is to come to the classroom as well informed as possible regarding the many areas of student in the field. With this knowledge, I can help the students develop skills to be successful in learning French and/or Spanish and to think critically about the topics being taught and discussed.
