I am a native German speaker with a PhD in chemistry. I attended the University of Konstanz and currently work for a chemical company in New Haven, CT.I have been tutoring and teaching for several years and have worked with students of varying backgrounds. I think it is important for students to obtain the knowledge and tools needed to find solutions on their own, instead of memorizing answers. I don't believe in using the same lessons for every student but instead, tailoring it to the individual. I am qualified to tutor students in chemistry, organic chemistry, AP chemistry, and German 1-4. In my free time, I like to enjoy the outdoors by hiking, biking, and skiing.
